The manual install guide is good to go, but the stage4 install guide is still being worked on.
You need to set up fstab to mount your partitions at startup:

The default need to be changed, but it should be pretty close. It should look more or less like this:

Set your computer's host name. "localhost" works. So does "Spock", "Sheldon" or "Fido."
